MacBook MacOS reinstall

Hello

I’m currently trying to reinstall macOS to sell my MacBook but everytime I do it comes up with this error message and will not allow me to go any further. I’ve already wiped the disk.

Any ideas

Are you logged in as an admin user?

Have you tried other methods such as: How to create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support

This also guides you through the OS installation.
