Stuck with watch update—frustrating

i am having an issue with my apple watch. It is stuck on setup with recent update. Before this, everything was working fine with my watch series 4. Trying to install update my watch. I tried all options. I am able to download the upsate. While installing, its says your watch is not connected to internet. But my watch does noy show other than pairing message or pair images, once paired ring image with watch size.. Really frustrating issue, i have tried everything, reset iphone, reset apple watch, done these like many times, updated my iphone to latest ios, everything. Nothing seems to work..
