iPhone shows incorrect number

New iphone SE. Moved network so number from old network transferred.

When checking my number in the phone its not correct and it wont change.

Also some messages coming up with number not contact name. I have one contact that sometimes comes up with number and sometimes the name ... so have two text threads ???

Have issues sending messages they constantly fail.
