My friends and family send me videos they recorded with their pixel and androids via text. The video plays without sound. I download the video and the sound icon is grayed out.
How can I fix this?
Sorry, don't believe you read the issue clearly. The videos are from friends/family that has been recorded on their person phones. No app dev is taking place.
Have you tried to tap the sound icon?
Please contact the app developer on which the video was made.
No sound icon is there when playing the video directly in the text. Then when I download the video and play, the sound icon is grayed out.
