Quick Start Transfer

Hello, On Friday I got a new iPhone 13. Everything was going well until it started to prepare to transfer, I was stuck on that screen for like 5 minutes. Then a red triangle with a ! popped up. It said "This iPhone does not have enough storage to transfer the data from your other iPhone. Reset iPhone to start up again. I tried again and again and that was the only thing I saw. I have more than enough storage. I have 128GB XR and I bought the 128GB iPhone 13. I went back in and they told me to backup to iCloud so I did but it was taking forever and the estimated time was 9 hours. So I backed it up to the computer when that was finished I plugged in my new iPhone in the computer and it started to restore then the same thing happened it said the restore could not complete because I don't have enough storage on the iPhone. I don't know what else to do. Please help.
