What to do when you keep getting your Apple ID keeps getting hacked despite cryptography classes and hashing

How do you get help when you even astonish the senior advisor by a major hack. I think its local and they are locking me out for finding these things on my system and need to speak openly and frankly as cyber security professional to deal with the exploits and vulnerabilities as i am hacked. My Apple ID is hacked over 200 times its been password changed and all my social media has changed to bad actors on PCs trying to hack a Mac. I really would love to speak with someone who oversees the senior advisers as i have offloaded most assets but this person or group sold my data on the dark web already with my CC info. I am disabled and depend on HomeKit and am looking for someone who can help me. I am really in a situation where i might need to hire a specialist to tell apple the root kits are destroyed or briked
