This blurry cover art started happening to me about a year and a half ago and I thought an iOS update would fix it eventually but 14 came and went and 15 hasn’t so far. It can’t be related to poor cell service because it happens when I’m on wifi too. Wondering if anyone else has this issue and/or knows what’s going on and why.

The first thing we would suggest would be to try deleting the track and downloading it again. Is it still blurry?
If you are an Apple Music subscriber, remove the track and add it back.
If the problem remains, please provide information as to where the source of the music is from, and how it is added to your device.

I am an Apple Music subscriber and while I do not download any music to my device I have it all added to my library and stream it when I need to.
I tried removing the album in the past and re-adding it fixes this issue but it can happen again and it seems to happen randomly. I have a hard time recreating it consistently.
