iPhone 13 PRO max - not very friendly

I recently bought an iPhone 13 PRO max and quickly realized that it is not very friendly, not intuitive, I constantly want to click somewhere by intuition (because it is logical), but I have to do absolutely strange things. I would like to explain to the developers in Russian what problems I found for myself and how I suffer with this phone. Is it possible or not? Can I write to one of the developers in Chicago?

I'm a new immigrant and I don't speak English well yet.
