when it asks gor my apple id snd passcode i put it in then the response is im not a member of administrator group

How can I become administrator member so I can download stuff on my I phone.

ID, Password, Passcode confusion I'm a long-time Mac user, but my experience was limited to my job, where the desktop was set up for me to do specific tasks. Also, I had access to tech help. Now I'm on my own and trying to buy apps, or even sign into apps I already have, and don't know what I'm doing. I'm confused about the structure of IDs, passwords, passcodes, etc. How do I know which password an app is asking for? Sometimes the password is my passcode. I'm often shut out for submitting the wrong password too many times. The passwords I set up on my MacBook don't seem to work on my iPhone. Should they work on both? Is there any video or hierarchy map to show me what to do?

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Are you a Family Sharing member and Ask to Buy is turned on for your account?

Family Sharing - Ask to Buy.

Either of the above could cause what you are seeing.
