My 2006 MacBook Pro won’t hard reset
When I try to reset it it shows three icons flashing the Apple logo a circle with a line through it and the file with question mark I think it deleted core services an also the os (macOS 10.6.8)

I should have included this link in my previous reply:
If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support
Also, that MBP shipped with a set of Mac OS X reinstall DVDs. If you still have those, you might try booting the computer with them and see if you can get into the Disk Utility to run First Aid on the internal drive.
Honestly, though, I wouldn't put much effort into restoring the computer, and certainly don't spend any $. It might be entertaining to toy with as a hobby machine, but it's outlived its usefulness, imho.

The flashing question mark indicates the Mac is unable to locate the operating system. Either the OS has been corrupted, deleted or the drive mechanism is failing/failed.
Mac OS X 10.6.8 is obsolete. Recovering the computer without a viable backup drive will be difficult.
The 2006 MacBook Pro is obsolete.
Friendly advice: replace your sixteen (!) year old MacBook with something newer.
My Mac mini actually detected the MacBook until this happened so that means that the os was deleted
Ok thanks but it keeps changing the icons every second and I’ve never seen a Mac do that before. I do have a Mac mini m1 for everyday use so I not with no computer
I could get a MacBook or iMac from a school around my area there’s some old iMacs in the library that can’t run Big Sur and Catalina is almost obsolete so I might do that
I’ll probably throw it away it been through 3 owners (including me) so RIP MacBook Pro 2006-2022
there Is a Line in the logo that I’m wondering about
