iPhone 11pro Selfie Camera has green tint/filter

Hi, Completely out of the blue, the Selfie camera of my iPhone has got a green tint/filter that I can’t remove. It’s visible on all apps like Snapchat as well as on the regular camera mode.

my phone is in very good condition and this is completely random… does anyone know a fix for this issue, as I use my front camera regularly!

Ive attached a photo to as an example of the green tint - it’s worth noting that the issue seems to go as soon as there’s direct sunlight e.g. when you’re outside

Hi Jnthn-,

As your front facing camera is doing this every time you take a photo with light, you can check your camera settings to make sure it is not preserving previous settings. Go to Settings > Camera > Preserve Settings, and ensure nothing is turned on and try again.

Another step you can try is to make sure your iPhone is fully up to date, Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

However, ultimately if this is happening with multiple apps, your iPhone is up to date, and you've checked your settings, you may want to Contact Apple Support or use this Get Support link as there is not much more you can do on your end.

Best regards.
