I have this purple dotted line across my screen when I take pictures with my back camera and I don’t know what it is are what it’s from. I have looked it up multiple times and I have have only found it once and it had said that it was a malfunction within the apple xr product. Is there a way I can fix it or get it fixed.

The first thing we would suggest would be to power cycle the iPhone by pressing and holding either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears. This might be caused by the sensor inside the camera malfunctioning. Restarting the device could solve it if the problem is due a software glitch.
