Migration Assistant transfer.
What doesn't Migration Assistant transfer to your new Mac ? Does it transfer absolutely everything from one machine to the next or does it have limits ?

Contained in the first sentence of this support article from Apple is the following statement:
Use Migration Assistant to copy all of your documents, apps, user accounts, and settings to a new Mac from another computer.
