Shake functionality is not working in iPhone & iPad

Apple provides a Shake option in the Assistive Touch menu of iPhones & iPad, but It doesn't work?

Steps to reach the shake option: Click on Assistive Touch Button -> Click on devices -> Click on more -> Click on Shake.

Shake command is used for Undo/Redo Operation.

Shake To Undo - Advantages? The family thought we had ghost touch issues with our new iPhones. But after some careful detective work and proper search queries, it turns out a “shake to undo” feature is turned on by default in iOS! I just wanted to know if anyone here uses this feature and if you can provide some nice tips or use cases? I figure if its on by default, it must be good.
