Night icon during day

My Apple Watch 6 suddenly started showing the night icon (quarter moon) at 3:15 pm. I rebooted but no change. The date is correct and the time is correct. Help?

Actually, I went to Settings, Focus and turned on Do Not Disturb and then turned it off. The Do Not Disturb icon was no longer visible on my Apple Watch

Additional, Do not disturb is turned off but scheduled automatically 11:00pm to 6:30am.
