You were not hacked. This is a scam message. Do not respond to any message. You may want to change your Apple ID password just to be safe.

i was this person sayd me to login any icloud and i login after this he changed password and after moment on my screen it was written pay 5000mdl or this phone block permanently and i can t log out of this account
