Both of those numbers are about right. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge an iPhone. Fast charging will charge to 50% in 30 minutes, but it then slows down so the phone doesn’t overheat; it will reach 80% after 45 minutes, then stay there for 30 to 60 minutes to cool down before resuming at a much slower rate to prevent overcharging. And if you are using the phone continuously then 10 hours is within reason for a discharge rate.
