The last few purchases from iTunes I have been double charged

I have purchased a few dings on iTunes and have been double charged for a song and or even more. This has happened on more than one occasion. You make enough money! I have my bank records and iTunes library to prove it. Can someone tell me how to get my money back?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
