B. Try Installing a Cellular Update:

See if there is a cellular update available for you to install. So, go here for that. Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

answers here are all garbage. Apple has zero clue how to fix this issue, carriers don't know. I downloaded IOS15.5 and cellular was basically deleted from my phone. no update available for it, we were even going to reset to factory and it stated I wouldn't be able to reactivate the phone because there was no cellular service. Another Apple SNAFU, pushing 100 updates a month and not knowing how to fix their errors. On the phone now, they don't get tit fixed, I just left apple for good. Don't with this nonsense.
