Not connecting to Epix
My subscription is paid through Apple but it is not allowing me yo watch Epix. What’s up?

Please differentiate between subscribing through the separate Epix app, and subscribing through the Epix Channel inside the Apple TV app. These types of subscriptions have different terms and conditions, different perks and limitations, and are not exchangeable as such. Even though both can be billed through Apple.
