I bought 2 mini HomePods and get incompatible Wi-Fi error trying to connect. What should I do next?

Your Wi-Fi router needs to be set up with WPA2 wireless security and with any client/access point/wireless isolation/security feature turned off.

i wasn’t sure how to access my Wi-Fi router but I did finally get it working by forgetting my network and then signing back on. Thx

I went through the troubleshooting steps from apple. No luck. Very frustrating!
