When listening to content from YouTube, YT Music, Spotify etc. a speaker crackling sound will happen every few seconds. It doesn't happen in Apple TV or Apple Music so I don't think it's a hardware issue but something wrong when streaming content via a third-party provider.
This doesn't happen on any of my other none M1 chip devices.

It is an Apple-related issue. Sound from the MBP M1 Pro is crackling when listening to music or content from apps that are not Apple apparently. Why does the same Spotify on my previous 13" Intel MBP sound fine and 'cracks' on this new device?
