AirPods 2nd gen won't stop flashing green light.

I have airpods 2 but over night they just started flashing green light, not recognized by iphone and not working ! I tried to forget device on iphone but they won't stop flashing green and even if i open the lead they don't show on my iphone plus the white light doesn't show when I press the button behind instead it's only green light blinking ! What should I do? Are they expired ? Are they dead ? Has any one got this problem ? Please help
