Screen Recording didn’t save

I got message that says screen recording didn’t save due to: “Failed due to Photos failure”. What does that mean and how can I recover the recording?

If you’re trying to record content that’s been protected, the screen recording app won’t save your screen recording.

Are you on (for example) Netflix or any other similar app that has copyrighted films, the screen recording won’t save.

Is there a specific application or something that you are trying to record the screenshot of it and this error appears or does it appear in all cases where you are trying to record the screenshot?
