Import exchange contacts into iCloud

So, I need to copy may contacts stored in the exchange (installed on my iPhone) to my iCloud contacts, so that, I could disable my exchange sync, and still have my contacts.

I have tried a way through PC, but has not worked.

So, is there a way to do it via iPhone itself?

(Again, I need the contacts to be merged with my iCloud, as i will de-sync the exchange from my iPhone)
