If you have the wireless charging case, then yes. It can be placed on the MagSafe charger and charge wirelessly. They will need to be on a flat surface as they won't magnetically attach to the charger.
If you mean can they be connected to the back of an iPhone with MagSafe,. then no, they will not attach nor will they charge from the iPhone.
