iCloud Calendar sometimes glitches on a browser.

Sometimes when I'm at a computer I do not own and I want to add a new event, I'll sign on with my Apple ID and make one via the browser. When I add an alert, I usually like to add two, however they switch when I look at the event on my iPhone. Here are some screenshots:

Hopefully, this helps with anyone else having this problem.
