How do I restore data accidently erased on iphone 8. I do have iCloud back up (I think)!! At least I have been paying for it.

You would need to be doing this How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support in order to do this Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
