When I click on any hyperlink in an email I get message: This application can’t be opened. Have you seen this, and what should I do?

If we understand your post correctly, when you click on a hyperlink in an email on your Mac, you're getting a message saying this application can’t be opened - 10673. We're happy to help!
Check to see if Safari is your default browser.
Go to the Apple at the top left of the screen.
Click on System Preferences.
Click on General
Scroll down till you see Default web browser.
