im a new apple user aka dont kno jack...messed aroundan forgotmy cloud passwordi disabled/locked it for putting thecode in too many times. so on screen it sai disabled HHHEEELLLLPPP??
does anyone know how toreset the device back to factory,oh and after i disabled it i have rememberedthe cloud pword but not lock code
