my screen goes black in 3 seconds even before autolock comes on. Can that be adjusted??

Thanks, Auto-lock applies after swiping into iphone. But this happens even before that. Light comes on and goes off in 3 seconds if you don't take any action even though auto lock is set for 2 mins.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't work either. I'll bring it to an apple store. Maybe they they can help..
