a ghost card

I recently applied for and was approved for an Apple card. I applied before I found out I needed to have an iPhone or iPad in order to use it! What should I do now? Will it just go away, or will I be owning a credit card I can't use and don't possess? Anyone that know what I should do, please help!

If you keep it, you can use it for purchases directly from Apple (and use its free interest Monthly Installments feature if you want). See the following from How to apply for Apple Card - Apple Support

If you apply online and don't add Apple Card to an eligible iPhone or iPad that you own, you can only use it to make eligible purchases online and in-store at Apple.2
