What type of extensions are you attempting to manage? There are extensions for web-browsers (such as Safari) and Network Extensions that expose additional protocol support (such as DoH, DoT etc.), content filtering and/or VPN services.

Safari extensions (such as Content and Ad-filtering) are generally added or deleted by installing or removing a related App - but can be enabled/disabled here:

  • Settings > Safari > Extensions

Other browser extensions will be managed from within the related App settings.

Network extensions are similarly added or deleted through installing or removing a companion App - but are generally enabled or disabled here:

  • Settings > General > VPN, DNS & Device Management

VPN extensions are also added and removed by way of a companion App - and are generally managed from within the related App. Configured VPN connection profiles can be managed or removed from here:

  • Settings > VPN
  • Settings > General > VPN, DNS & Device Management > VPN
