Safari not recognizing hyperlinks on a particular webpage

When I hover the Safari cursor over hyperlinks on a particular document on the internet the little hand icon does not show even though it does show and work if I use Chrome browser. This is true on the two different MacBook Pros in the household. On another document in the same website the Safari cursor works fine in recognizing and opening the links. I have rebooted and restarted Safari several times to no avail.

Hover does not work on Safari Since last big Safari update on my MacBook I experience the following problem: Safari does not recognise that I hover over links, buttons or other active elements. Previously cursor turned into the hand and the element changed in color (or did something similar depending on the website). Now cursor does nothing. It is especially inconvenient while working in Google Tables as it becomes completely impossible to change the size of the columns or work with websites where the information was provided by the cursor hover on the graphs/dropdown lists/etc. Restart of the browser helps only only for the firs opened tab. Does anyone have the same issue?
