My Apple account is hacked

What do I do if someone is in my Apple account?? They know my email accounts and have and are stealing from my home???PLEASE HELP

I am and have tried Apple support there’s nothing I can do until I make a new email which will b my Apple ID it’s sad I can’t use a # or something else that they can’t hack and if the police in my town wouldn’t be babies they could lock her up….. I’m so frustrated
