My Iphone is stolen and is turned off , i think they removed SIM card i have tried find my iphone but when i logged icloud its shows offline with no location info, i activated lost mode and ticked notify me when found box. will i be able to recover this device?

Be careful if you receive a message which tells you it has been found and then asks for your Apple ID or passcode. Apple will never do this. I doubt the device will be recovered but you are taking the correct steps to protect your information.
