How do I delete my blocked contacts on my 8 plus phone?

Go to Settings>Phone>Blocked Contacts. Tap "Edit" in the upper right corner. Tap the red minus sign next to the number you want to delete. Tap "Unblock".

That's not an option. Unless the number is in that list, the phone doesn't know you want it blocked.
Why do you think you need to delete them?
Since it doesn't take up much storage I'll leave them in there. Thank you for explaining this and I appreciate your help.
I have at least 200 blocked contacts. If I delete them I'm thinking I may get calls from these blocked contacts again because I'm releasing the block and they may start calling me again. My concern is the storage it's taking on my phone. Thank you and I appreciate your help.

A single phone number takes up a minute amount of space. Even 200 uses an insignificant amount of storage.
