iPhone 11 no longer allowing me to charge using my Anker Powercore

So up until recently I haven't had any issue charging my phone using my Anker device. I turn on the device and plug it into phone and it begins charging. But recently when I do these same steps, nothing happens and after a short bit the 4 blue lights on the Anker device go off and no charging happens. I have an open ticket with Anker about this, but today I decided to try connecting other Apple devices to the Anker to see what happens. I have an older Apple iPad and a really old iPhone 5c. Using the very same cable I am able to without issue charge those two devices. When I do the same steps with my newer iPhone, nothing happens. Doesn't seem to me like an Anker issue at all, but not sure why I can charge my iPhone no problem with adapter, cable and wall plug, but with the Anker not all all. Welcome any suggestions. thanks

So the cable perfectly charged 2 apple devices earlier today, but was not now seeming to work with the 3rd, but the fix is I might be using bogus charging cables????? Hmmmm. Have owned an iPhone for 15 or more years, so my track record is no problems up until now, because I use certified cables, but thanks for the advice. Something else changed for whatever reason that appears to not be powerbank or cable related, but I just found a new set of steps that is allowing me to charge with the powerbank, so I may never know what caused this issue exactly. thanks
