Why My device is still stuck in reacavry mode ??

Also when trying to update it from itunes it sends error number (1100)؟؟!؟!؟

What are you trying to achieve?
Troubleshooting iPhone Stuck in Recovery Mode:
Why the Error? Because it is frozen. And that might be due to something running in the background.
So, Check "Force Quit...":
See if something is listed as "(Not Responding)". Go to: Apple Menu > Force Quit...> Select anything ending with "(Not Responding)". Also, while in Force Quit... be sure to select Finder, and Click "Relaunch".
