i upgraded my Icloud to 2TB but my phone is still saying that i do not have enough icloud storage

how do i make it see my upgrade

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> you see 50 GB (or 200 GB ot 2 TB).

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your e-mail box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.

I just noticed this as well, but I found a possible explination

Open the Music App (formally iTunes)

Go to Account

Go to View My Account

Authenticate using your iCloud password

Go to Purchase History

and review your iCloud Storage. Mine was refunded which explains why I don't have 2TB.

I spent over $7000 on a MacBook Pro M1 Max with 8TB SSD and I can only backup 2TB????? You would think that apple would be interested in keeping clients that are willing to spend top dollar on their products.

Hi John, I'm so glad to see another person having facing the same issue. It's ridiculous that I've just upgraded to 2TB a couple of days ago but it still says Not Enough iCloud Storage. I tried so many ways but useless, I don't know how others solve this and how Apple would answer this to users.
