Birthday restriction

How can I add a spouse’s birthday to a contact’s page?

Open the Contacts app. Then open your spouse's contact. Tap on EDIT at top right. Scroll down until you see Add Birthday. Tap on it and then you can add your spouse's birthday in that newly created field.
