I need to get an update installed

I am trying to use an app and it says I have an older version on my 6s phone and I have no update for it what can I do so I can use the app

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

If you are experiencing any difficulty with third-party apps then please contact the app developer directly --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Ask the App developer to release the app for lower iOS versions also. Netflix has done it.

I tried but it didn’t work I reached out but the version on my phone the developer said it is an older version they can’t support but the funny is I can’t get any updates on my phone I don’t have enough storage I did every instruction that apple put out and still not resolved after 2 months
