Stuck on “transferring data”

Hi. So i got an iPhone 12 and my old iPhone Xr is stuck on the transferring data tab with 2 minutes remaining but all the data is on my new phone what should i do

My transfer of data seems to only be half done. Several apps on my new iPhone 13 pro max are stuck on “loading”. It’s been like this since last night. How do I get my data from my old iPhone to load to my new iPhone 13? It has been stuck on “loading” since last night. I believe the transfer was interrupted with 2 minutes remaining.
