Not able to update IMovie

I need to update my IMovie but am not able to as apparently it was installed under an old Apple ID. Does anyone know how to update IMovie in this situation?

iMove update I am trying to update iMovie on my MacBook Pro but as it was first installed under a previous Apple ID Appstore won’t let me upgrade. Why can’t I have a new copy using my current ID? (ID was changed because I passed on my business so had to use a new email.) Current OS is Ventura 13.2.1 – not the 10.10 shown

Installing imovie I have a mid-2012 mac and its version is 10.15.7 and I deleted imovie &change the mac apple ID and now I can’t download imovie again because imovie requires 11.5.1 version …what is the solution!!

Delete and redownload it; the old Apple ID is stored inside it.
