Can i change my battery in warranty time because i now i have 99% and i want to change my battery to get 100%

Your battery is considered fit for service until it drops below 80% capacity.
There is no way to stop rechargeable batteries for losing capacity. That's what the first paragraph under "Battery Health" in your screenshot is talking about.
