Unable to download apps from App Store

I tried to download app from App Store but not able to do it

I understand from you that when you press the side power button to download the app and then when you press the download button you go back to the same page without downloading the app, right?

if so try restart your iPhone by the steps in this link ☞ Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

You may need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.

 

You need to update your payment information.

👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.

 

Or -> Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods

Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods – Apple Support (UK)

 

Or use another payment method:

Add money to your Apple ID balance

Add money to your Apple ID balance - Apple Support (IN)

 

What you can buy with your Apple Gift Card or Apple ID balance
