it says ups ground should it be fedex ground?

What can I do if Fedex loses my iPhone trade in kit during the delivery? I shipped my trade in with Fedex, using the trade in kit I got, and its been delayed for over 10 days from the expected delivery day. i understand a third party has to evaluate the devise before I get my money back, but since they haven’t gotten the devise, and who knows, they might never get it if it has been lost by Fedex, will I still get my money, or does anybody know what I can do?
