Phone continues to ring when I make call

When I make a call from my iPhone 13 sometimes the phone continues to ring after it has been answered. I can hear it but the person I have called can’t.

You will need to contact your carrier for this issue. The ringback tone is provided by them, it has nothing to do with your phone.
