I just need to know how to activate the feature of mobile hotspot? Which is sharing internet data with other devices.

Looks like Personal Hotspot is not correctly provisioned on your cellular service plan. You would need to contact your cellular carrier and ask them to verify that Personal Hotspot is supported and is activated correctly on your service plan.
