Mail app

i just updated to new mac os Monterey and now my mail app will not open.

Have you rebooted more than once since you upgraded the macOS(?)

typically this sort issues as the code starts to settle in...



You can try holding the Shift key to launch the Mail.app as a bit of 'safe launch' of the app. and compare your results.

Takes a bit longer to get to the login screen, does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
